What we were making/doing:
Today we were making animation! we started off making 2 frame flick animations and talking about what kind of thing we could make a simple animation do. We looked at some animations by artists pointing out how they are made up of still images then went on to some animation of our own. First we used our bodies in different still positions and once we'd all seen the results of that, we used other objects to create some video work.

What we learnt:
Animation is using still images run together to make a moving image. Artists can use this stop motion medium to make art and film using inanimate objects to make them seem alive and moving. Animation takes a long time but the results are worth it!
